Your Dashboard
Your daily entry point
The dashboard is what you see when you open Relinkia. It is not a summary of your graph — it is a prompt for what to do next. Three elements guide each session: the inbox (new things to process), active sessions (threads in progress), and recent notes (where you last were).
A useful habit: before opening a new note, spend two minutes with the dashboard. Is there something in the inbox worth processing today? Is there a session worth resuming? The answer often points to the most productive place to start.
Inbox
The inbox collects everything captured but not yet processed: clips from the web clipper, quick notes without a type, and imports. The count tells you how much raw material is waiting.
Processing an inbox item takes thirty seconds to a few minutes. You read it, assign a note type, optionally add your own observation, and move it into the graph. A full inbox is not a problem — it means you have been capturing actively. Process when you have the focus to engage, not just to clear.
You do not have to process everything. Some clips will no longer feel relevant a week later — that is information. Delete them without guilt. The inbox is a filter, not a commitment.
Active sessions
Active sessions are threads of thinking you have not closed. They show the note where you stopped, the trail of how you got there, and when it was last open.
If a session is still on your dashboard, it means you left something unfinished — and future you will be glad to have the context. Open it when the topic is ready to be continued. You can also archive sessions you no longer intend to revisit.
Recent notes
The recent notes section shows your last few notes in order of modification. It is a quick way to pick up where you left off without going through the graph.
If you find yourself always returning to the same note, it is probably ready to be promoted — from ephemeral to literature, or from literature to permanent. Frequency of return is a signal of maturity.
